My name is Jolien Arts and as an Empowerment Coach, I guide Female Leaders in increasing their resilience so that they can carry their leadership role from their natural energy.

My mission is to show you what you no longer see and to bring you back to who you are in essence. To let go of the masks, beliefs, and defense mechanisms that once helped you but now keep you small. So that you no longer have to perform from willpower, but from an inner strength that is firmly anchored and forms the foundation for a life that truly suits you.

The choice that changed my life

For over twelve years, I worked as a Product Manager and Buyer in the Retail industry. I did my work with immense pleasure and passion. It never felt like ‘just a job’.

But eventually, that fire turned into a silent pilot light.

On the outside, everything seemed to be right. I had a great career, a family and I achieved result after result.
But inside, I didn't feel the success.

My work demanded more and more of me, my family demanded just as much and I was managing work and private all the time. I was stuck on a rollercoaster I couldn't get off. In reality, I had been living on willpower for years. I mistook that for energy, while unknowingly destroying myself.

I put everything and everyone first, except myself.

Only when my body and my feelings started screaming louder and louder, I could no longer ignore what I already knew deep down. I slept poorly, lost weight, worked harder and harder, and lost the ability to truly enjoy my work, my family and even the successes I had worked so hard for. To the outside world, I seemed to have it all together.

Inside, I felt that I had lost myself.

I kept telling myself that things would get better on their own if I just persevered a little longer. But deep down, I knew: I don't want to live like this anymore.

That realization marked the beginning of a quest that changed my life forever.

An osteopath once told me: “Go look for your flow.” Those words stuck with me. In the years that followed, I immersed myself intensively in personal development, health and human behavior. I explored what truly gave me energy and why I so often seemed to be working against myself.

Then the education to become a TCM Lifestyle Coach crossed my path.

For the first time, the pieces of the puzzle fell into place. I learned to stop suppressing body signals and instead to understand them. I discovered that much of my behavior (my need to prove myself, perfectionism, the belief that I had to work harder to prove my worth) were not inevitable traits, but learned patterns. As a mother of two young children, I tried to excel in every role. I wanted to do it perfectly at work, to do it perfectly at home and be there for everyone. But the harder I tried, the further I drifted away from myself.

The real breakthrough came when I discovered my Human Design.

Suddenly, I understood why certain ways of working cost me so much energy and why I was constantly trying to force myself into a form that didn't suit me at all. Not because I was missing something, but because I was living based on expectations rather than my own nature.

From that moment on, everything changed.

I learned to align my choices with who I truly am. I rediscovered peace, confidence and a deep sense of inner strength. Not because I became someone else, but precisely because I allowed myself to be fully myself again.

That is also the core of my work.

In my coaching and lectures, I create awareness regarding the body's signals, so that you no longer ignore or suppress them, but learn to use them as a compass for healthy choices, sustainable success and inner peace.

Keynote speaker - Jolien Arts

I believe that inner happiness and energy form the foundation for everything you do. When you are true to your values and live from your own energy, a powerful flow emerges naturally. From that alignment with yourself, you achieve the most beautiful results without exhausting yourself.

The future of sustainable success does not begin with working harder, but with living differently.

Jolien Arts speaks about a subject that rarely receives the attention it deserves: the hidden price of success.

In her keynotes, she challenges entrepreneurs, leaders and organizations to look at performance, workload and personal growth differently. Not from the perspective of superficial productivity tips, but from a fundamental question:

How do you build lasting success without losing yourself along the way?

With a combination of personal experience, lifestyle, Human Design and profound insight into human behavior, Jolien shows how exhaustion of body and mind occurs, why willpower is not a sustainable strategy and how the signals from the body are precisely the key to resilient leadership and long-term impact.

Themes she discusses include:

  • The hidden price of success: when ambition comes at the expense of yourself.
  • From willpower to energy: performing sustainably at the highest level.
  • The body as a strategic compass for leadership and decision-making.
  • Authentic leadership in a world full of expectations and constant pressure.
  • Increasing resilience without compromising on ambition or results.
  • Human Design as a way to deepen personal leadership, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

Every keynote is designed not only to inspire but also to bring about a lasting shift in thinking and acting. Attendees leave the room with new insights, a fresh perspective on success and the courage to make choices that benefit not only their performance but also themselves.
